Saturday, November 5 the traditional meeting of lacers in the province Noord-Holland toke place.
In the morning we heard the lecture “Decorations on clothing from the Middle Ages until 2000” by Mrs Lia Baumeister. She showed us a lot of photographs of clothing with lace or embroidery and jewelry.
In the afternoon we made jewelry of lace.
It was a great day. Not so many participants but they were very enthusiastic.
The next Lace day in Noord-Holland will be on the 3rd of November 2011
